Baseball continues to add depth for the incoming class of 2023 with the signing of middle infielder, Aiden Benson, from Hastings High School in Hastings, MI. Benson has been a 3- year varsity starter at Hastings, earning both the Defensive Player of the Year and Most Valuable Player awards for his team. Aiden will be studying Business Management upon his arrival in the fall.
“I chose GCU for my education because of the high standards the university holds both academically and spiritually,” commented Benson. “With the baseball program being fairly new, I want to be a part of its history as well as its future.”
Grace Baseball continues to round out its 2023 recruiting class, and Coach Wolfe is feeling good about where things are heading. “The program is getting stronger everyday! We’ve set a solid foundation with last year and this year’s team, and now we’re just building on top of it,” said Coach Wolfe.
