After starting college with the pursuit of elementary education with a focus on TESOL, through classes taken and early opportunities for experience in that area, I no longer found peace in studying to be a teacher. I was able to change my degree while also utilizing the time spent in education classes to determine one of those disciplines. Through the flexibility to pursue additional writing, history, and communication courses without “losing time” after changing my degree, I graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies!
