Campus Life at Grace Christian University

Perhaps you’ll attend Grace for the entirety of your degree or just for one semester. Either way, when you’re here, you’re part of something. There are so many different ways to get involved at Grace! In fact, our students and alumni often remind us that the friendships and experiences they have at Grace have a profound impact on their lives for years to come.

When you’re surrounded by like minded students, it’s not hard to connect with encouraging friends who share similar convictions. Whether you love sports, want to join a small group, look forward to participating with the worship team, or just want to grab some coffee and hang out in the commons, there’s something for everyone.

Housing Options

Grace offers a variety of options for living on campus. These include four different residence halls, married housing, and our new townhomes that were completed in 2022. Living at Grace means you’ll have quick access to the classes and chapel. You’ll also be just a short walk away from the dining hall, commons, library, and the much-loved Kahawa Cafe.

Single students who are enrolled in at least six credit hours are required to live either at the university, with a Grace staff member, or at home with a parent or guardian.

Students who have completed four semesters of post-high school college, however, are able to live off campus if they prefer.

The variety of living options at Grace provide ample opportunity to connect with fellow students while receiving a Christ-centered education.

Student Organizations and Activities

There are so many ways to get connected at Grace! Student committees, clubs, study groups, Bible studies and small groups, and service groups are just a few ways to get involved.

Don’t want to join an organization? That’s okay! Spend time in the commons, sign up for a ministry trip, or check out the fitness center! Or, perhaps you prefer to work on your euchre game with your friends, or enjoy a bonfire in the ravine!

Sharing experiences together on campus lead to lifelong memories and friendships – something that Grace students treasure for decades after the college years are over.

Sports

Whether you enjoy getting in the game or joining the cheering section, the sports teams at Grace are a favorite way to get involved for many of our students!

Sports at Grace include:

  • Baseball
  • Basketball
  • Soccer
  • Tennis
  • Gold
  • Cross country
  • Volleyball

  • Track and field

There are plenty of opportunities for every athlete – both men and women.

Go Tigers!
