This course introduces the student to strategic management and thus serves as a capstone to previous business courses.  It details the processes of internal and external business analysis, and then focuses on the processes for developing strategies for growth, diversification, and globalization.  Finally, it provides students with biblical and business guidelines for implementation of these strategies in terms of organizational design and behavior, corporate governance, leadership and ethics. (Course replaced with BUS 498 Program Capstone.)
