This course will present the essential elicitation skills needed to effectively capture accurate stakeholder requirements. Students will sharpen skills as a business analyst by managing, planning, and facilitating stakeholder requirement meetings. Students will create and refine business case documents, user documentation, reports and formal requests, and learn the techniques needed to present them persuasively.
