This course explores the necessary aspects of successful graduate-level course work, including methods of quality research and use of credible sources, specifically with reference to the distinctive field of Organizational Leadership. Development of critical thinking and analysis of issues from a biblical worldview perspective will be explored by engaging specific aspects of business, management, and leadership theory and practice.
