This course is designed to give students a greater understanding of the major social problems of contemporary society and to explore possible solutions. Problems will be critically analyzed through sociological explanations and research. Students will be exposed to the Christian response to social problems and are expected to be able to articulate a Christian perspective, response, and solution to major problems.
