Pamela Grissom serves Grace Christian University in the role of, full-time associate professor, and Program Champion, in the Graduate Online Organizational Leadership program. Prior to this assignment, she served as an adjunct professor in the master’s and doctoral degree programs of organizational leadership – Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU). In prior years, she also taught in IWU’s LEAP program (Leadership Education for Adult Professionals), and for Ohio Christian University.   

Her professional experience consists of, having worked in leadership roles in various financial services’ corporate capacities, including banking center management (and as a registered representative in the investments and insurance areas). She also worked in the insurance industry, in higher education financial services, and for a social services agency, where she led and co-directed food and funds campaigns for families in need (through a major food bank in the Midwest). In addition, she also worked in full-time ministry, as an administrator, overseer of events and leadership development, and, as a business liaison. Even though Pamela was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN, her assignments have taken place in various states, as her husband served full time in the U.S. Armed Forces.

Pamela’s life changed forever when she accepted Christ at a young age, but in her teen and young adult years, she made the decision to be whole-heartedly committed to the Lord’s leadership in her life. She has purposed to serve, and to remain active in ministry over the years, and she has served in various leadership roles including, a small group leader, Sunday school teacher, ministry school student/then teacher, equipping leader, leadership development overseer, Growth Track leader for new members, prayer team assistant director, and ordained deacon.

She has a passion for developing and mentoring leaders, for teaching and learning, and she enjoys conducting leadership development workshops and seminars. Pamela has presented at two conferences focused on leadership scholarship: The International Leadership Association in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and the Midwest Scholar’s Conference in Indianapolis, IN. She has also spoken and presented at several women’s conferences and leadership conferences offered by ministry organizations.  

Pamela and her husband, Patrick, currently live in Carmel, IN, and have been married over 30 years. They are blessed to have two adult daughters, a son-in-law, and two grandchildren. She feels honored and humbled that God would use her to impact others for Christ. She purposes to lovingly represent Him in all that she does.
