High School Dual Enrollment

Dual Enrollment is an opportunity for current high school students to get started on their college coursework before graduating high school, which saves them time and money.

Admission will be based upon the following:

  • Applicant must complete an Application for Admission as a Dual Enrollment Student.
  • Applicant must have a GPA of at least 3.00 or test scores as prescribed by the State of Michigan. See Minimum Dual Enrollment Qualifying Scores at michigan.gov.
  • If the student’s public or charter school or the State of Michigan is paying for the class, all State requirements must be met. See Dual Enrollment FAQs at Michigan.gov.
  • The applicant must submit written permission from a high school counselor or principal (waived if homeschooled)
  • Submit an official high school transcript.
  • Enrollment in more than one course or upper-level courses is subject to the approval of the Registrar or Dean of Undergraduate Programs.

Students are limited to enroll in 6 credits each semester while in high school and must meet with a Enrollment Advisor prior to signing up for classes each semester. (Enrollment in dual enrollment program does not guarantee acceptance to Grace post-graduation)


  • $250 per credit hour
  • Any required course fees
  • Books not included


Once Enrolled:

  • Class options include any 100 level courses and some 200 level courses (prerequisites must be met). English course selections require ACT/SAT scores to be submitted.
  • Must earn a “C” or better in Grace classes to continue in the Dual Enrollment program
  • Tuition must be paid prior to the start of class.
