Over the years Austin has given back to his home town serving in coaching positions and involvement from middle school girls to high school varsity girls teams.

“We are all very excited for Austin to join the women’s soccer coaching staff. Austin will be an incredible addition as I know he is passionate about soccer, Grace Christian University, and Christ," stated GCU assistant AD/Director of Soccer Dustin Buchanan. "He was a two year captain for me during his playing years because he is a leader and man of high character. I look forward to Austin bringing these characteristics and seeing how God will use him in this capacity. He has a true care and love for GCU and all of the students here."

Austin has continued to serve Grace after graduation and is currently the Director of Finance and Business Services where he is deeply involved in the community which he has called home for the last 10 years. He and his wife, Autumn have two children.
