Golf Team competes at Howell Invite

Golf
Howell, MI – The Grace Christian University golf team traveled across the state to Chemung Hills Golf Club last Friday to compete in the Cleary University Classic.

Freshman Brandon Katsma was only one over through 14 holes after a great lengthy par putt found the bottom of the cup on the Par 4 14th hole. Katsma carded a 77 for the day, which was good enough for 5th place in the field. Freshman Randon Iserhoth shot a 40 on the back nine to grind out a final tally of 89 after a slow start.

The Tigers return to action at the LTU Blue Devil Invite in West Branch, MI at the Nightmare and the Dream Golf Courses next Monday and Tuesday.

Final Scores:
Brandon Katsma (77)
Cody DeNeui (95)
Randon Iserhoth (89)
