Check-In

Whether you are a new or returning student, choosing to live on-campus or planning to commute, arriving Early Fall or later in August, we have information specific to you. Find out about your arrival procedures and how to complete your check-in before you arrive on-campus.

Check-In for Early Fall and Fall 2025 will open soon!

We’re excited to welcome you to our campus in August! Our check-in process will soon open via the forms below, and we ask that all students complete their check-in tasks at least one day before your arrival on-campus to move in or start classes or practices.

Upon arrival, all students will check in with staff located at the Aldridge Athletic Center before proceeding to their housing or other Kickoff Day activities. This helps us verify that all students have completed their check-in process as needed. Students who have not completed their check-in processes will not be permitted to move into campus housing, attend class or participate in athletic practices.

Returning Students Kickoff Days

Early Fall Kickoff
Tuesday, August 5

Thursday, August 21 – Friday, August 22

Early Fall residents must move in on August 5, while Fall students can choose a time on August 21 or 22 that best fits their schedule to arrive and move in. Check in is 10 – 11am OR  2 – 3pm in the Commons Entrance.

Please complete your online Check-in paperwork prior to arriving for on-campusStudents are not permitted to move in to campus housing, attend class, or participate in athletics until they have completed their Check-in forms.

Campus Residents must check in at the Commons between 10am and 4pm on their Kickoff Day to ensure they’ve completed their processes before getting keys to campus housing. Commuting Students do not need to visit campus on Kickoff Day if their check-in forms are complete.

  • On Thursday, August 21, Returning students are invited to join new students to participate in Chapel at 7pm, followed by the annual Welcome Back Bash hosted by Student Government.
  • On Friday, August 22, Returning students are invited to attend a Volleyball Game tailgater at 5:30pm and the game at 6pm.

These events are designed to help our students connect with the campus, the community, and learn the information they need to thrive in their first semester. All new students (including those arriving for Early Fall athletics or classes) are required to participate in new student orientation. While returning students are not required to attend Orientation, there are many activities that they are welcome to join us for.
