Freshman Devyn Pitts had his best outing of the year, scoring 88 to lead the Tigers along with Eric Zudweg who finished with an 88.
"We knew Devyn had the ability to score lower, and this round he showed consistency and definitely found a groove with his driver," said Head Coach Cory Jamieson.
Cody DeNeui scored 92 and Eli Carlson finished with a 96 to cap off the official scoring for the Tigers. Nate Lauer did not have his best day overall, but was on the leaderboard at the end for number of birdies with two.
"We had some highlights throughout the day, making some long putts and a few nice birdies," said Head Coach Cory Jamieson. "Overall, we were just a little bit off. Some tough pins and a lot of three putts hurt us in the end."
The Tigers travel to the east side of the state on the 30th of September for the Cleary University Invitational for their next competition.
