Tigers Softball Signs Middle Infielder Skylar Lowe

As Grace Softball gears up for their inaugural season, Coach Jeremy Clark continues to add quality to his team.  The newest addition is Skyler Lowe from Jenison High School, Jenision, MI.  Skyler is the daughter of George and Lisa and sister to Zach, Ali, and Leah.  As a middle infielder, Skylar has experience at shortstop, second base as well as third base.  She carried a career batting average of .337.   In addition to playing at Jenison High School, she also played travel softball for Flames and Venom.  She has been twice named "Athlete of The Month" in high school.  Her excellency was not limited to softball.  Skylar excelled in the classroom as an Honor Roll student carrying a 3.9 GPA and also involved in Spanish Immersion. She is fluent in Spanish.  

"I chose Grace Christian University because it has opened up a lot of opportunities for me,” said Skylar. “God has shown me that it is what’s best for me and my future. I am very excited to play softball and go to college who are very welcoming.”

On the addition of Skylar, Coach Jeremy Clark Stated "Skylar is a competitor in everything she does.  She is a terrific athlete and plays aggressively.  Along with that, she has a great attitude and will be another foundational piece to building Grace’s softball program.
