Our Online programs give students the flexibility to earn their degree around any schedule. Our short five-week courses (six-week courses for Online Graduate Programs) start throughout the year, so you can start when it works for you.
One Course at a Time
We understand how busy life gets. Online students only need to take one course at a time to be considered a full-time student and still graduate in the same time as an On-Campus student.
No Set Login Times
Online classes are available anytime and anywhere. There are no set login times – just due dates to keep classes on track. We simply recommend planning for an average time commitment of 15 hours per week.

The Associate of Arts degree allows students to get started on their academic program while still discerning the career path God is calling them to. It is perfect for students who want to lay a solid biblical foundation before continuing further studies. You will receive an overview of communication, humanities, science, social science, theology and the Bible. You will also have the option of pursuing one of four emphasis areas.

- Completed FAFSA application with school code: 002265 (if using financial aid for the Pell grant and/or loans)
- Ministry Reference (only for Leadership and Ministry degrees)
* Students may be provisionally admitted to the program by submitting unofficial transcripts before official transcripts are received by the University. Official transcripts must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office by the end of the first class.

- A Bachelor’s degree from any of the following: Grace Christian University, institutions accredited by the Association for Biblical Higher Education, any regionally accredited institutions, or non-accredited institutions approved on a case-by-case basis.

- Official transcripts sent directly from the previous schools (parchment, fax, email or mailed).

Prior Learning Assessment
The Grace Christian University Online Degree Program accepts different forms of prior learning which include CLEP (College Level Examination Program), DANTES (Defense Activity for Traditional Education Support), credit for military service or experience on a Joint Services Transcript, challenge exams and portfolio assessment.
